Kelly Turner, Trainer

Kelly’s love for fitness started as a child when she competed in club gymnastics and later moved on to coaching competitive gymnastics at the same gym where she used to train. Waking up for early practices and long weekends on the road traveling to meets gave her the discipline and time management skills to fit in workouts even when there doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day. Kelly’s training style uses full body exercises to get more results in less time and she encourages her clients to look for opportunities for fitness everywhere. “Take the steps instead of the elevator, do bicep curls at your desk, do calf raises while you are on the phone, and never, ever sit while you are watching TV.”

Kelly is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and in her off time enjoys running on Alki Beach with her dog, Porkchop, cooking, and travelling.
